Stars and Flakes
A conversational data modelling assistant — describe your business in plain language and an AI interviews you the way an experienced data modeller would, drawing a star schema on a live canvas as the conversation unfolds and finishing with deployable SQL for SQL Server, SparkSQL, or Fabric Warehouse.
TMD — Tabular Model Designer
A browser-based semantic model editor for Power BI and SSAS — a modern, cross-platform alternative to Tabular Editor. Open a model.bim file or connect straight to a Power BI workspace, explore the full Tabular Object Model, write DAX with IntelliSense, visualise the star schema, run best-practice rules, let AI propose reviewed edits, and deploy back with an incremental diff — all without installing anything.
Campforce — Promotion Planning Platform
A promotion planning platform for a major outdoor equipment retailer in Australia and New Zealand — merchandise teams plan promotions across 15,000–25,000 SKUs drawn from a 170,000-item master list, with live margin and gross-profit analytics at every step of the workflow.
Sharetraderator
An AI-assisted, paper-trading research tool for ASX shares. Every trading day it pulls end-of-day prices, computes transparent quantitative signals in Python, asks Claude to turn those signals into a structured, risk-bounded recommendation, and journals everything to a database — so months later you can audit whether the system actually adds value. It never places a real order.
Piano Studio Manager
A full studio-in-a-box for a private piano teaching practice — students, timetabling, billing, invoicing, and reporting in one web app. It currently runs a real studio with around 100 active students and generates 70+ invoices per term.
Fabric Lineage
Field-level data lineage for Microsoft Fabric — trace every report field back through the DAX measure that computes it, the semantic model column it aggregates, the warehouse view and table behind that, the pipeline that loaded it, and the source file it originated from. Fabric's built-in lineage stops at the item level; Fabric Lineage follows the field.
Watchtower
An agent-native operations hub for a portfolio of customer applications — cross-app issue triage, a per-app knowledge brain, and hosted AI coding agents that turn issues into reviewable pull requests.
Stagerator
An end-to-end operations platform for a home-staging business — a pinned mobile PWA for capturing quotes room-by-room inside the customer's house, and a desktop back office that runs the whole warehouse: inventory, jobs, packing, rosters, and invoicing.
SmartBuild Pitch & Interactive Demo
A gated, single-page recruitment pitch site with a clickable four-step product demo, built for SmartBuild — an Australian advanced-prefab software venture whose platform takes a builder's plan from intake to panelised structure, bill of materials, CNC file and priced quote. The site exists to recruit one thing: a founding RPEQ structural engineer partner.
AI Data Quality Agent
An autonomous LLM-powered agent that continuously monitors data lake tables, classifies quality issues by severity, and proposes or applies SQL fixes — reducing manual triage time by over 60%.
Fabric Pipeline Monitor
Real-time observability dashboard for Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, surfacing failures, latency anomalies, and cost spikes before they impact downstream consumers.
